MedVoyage Global Ltd and its affiliated entities (“MedVoyage,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provide a global digital platform enabling users to access healthcare information, book consultations, obtain second opinions, and engage with hospitals, clinics, and wellness providers internationally. These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, portals, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. Who we are and scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all users accessing MedVoyage’s digital Services, including browsing content, booking healthcare services, viewing provider listings, and interacting with educational and informational materials.
MedVoyage Global Ltd, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates the Services internationally and facilitates connections between users and licensed third-party healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical tourism partners.
These Terms govern your relationship with MedVoyage. They do not govern your medical relationship with healthcare providers; those are separate and form directly between you and the provider.
2. About the Platform
The Services allow users to locate, assess, and book appointments with healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, specialists, diagnostic centres, and wellness practitioners.
Some features are accessible without registration; however, appointment bookings, dashboards, and account-linked features require account creation and the submission of accurate personal information.
